FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept C&R (Curio & Relic) licenses?
Yes. We accept all valid 03 Curio & Relic FFL licenses for eligible firearms. To complete a C&R transfer, you must provide:
- A current, signed copy of your C&R license
- A matching government-issued photo ID (driver’s license) with the same address as the license
If the addresses do not match, the item must be shipped to a standard FFL. We reserve the right to decline a C&R transfer if documentation is incomplete or unclear.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- All major credit and debit cards
- Checks
- ACH transfers
- Bank wire transfers
For checks, ACH, and wires, orders may ship once funds have cleared. Buyers are responsible for any wire transfer fees charged by their bank.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 3-day non-firing inspection period on eligible firearms. During this period, you may inspect the item for accuracy of description and condition.
Returns are not accepted if the firearm has been:
- Fired
- Disassembled beyond basic field-stripping
- Modified or tampered with
Standard returns require the buyer to pay return shipping. If we materially misrepresented the item, we will cover return shipping.
A 15% restocking fee applies to cancellations, non-communication, FFL refusal, or failure to pick up the firearm.
Can I request additional photos or information?
Absolutely. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Contact us anytime for additional photos, measurements, or details.
Do you offer layaway or payment plans?
Yes. We offer layaway on orders totaling $1,000 or more.
Our layaway terms are:
- 25% down payment at the time of sale
- Three monthly payments of 25% each
- Layaway must be arranged with us before purchasing the item
- The layaway period begins once the item is marked sold
Items on layaway are held exclusively for you during the payment period. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits according to our standard cancellation and restocking policies.
For higher-value purchases, we are open to discussing extended layaway options on a case-by-case basis.
Can I Combine Shipments?
Yes. We do allow customers to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment to help reduce overall shipping costs.
If you would like to combine shipments, please contact us before placing your order so we can adjust the shipping price accordingly. Combined-shipping discounts cannot be applied after checkout.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We do ship militaria items internationally.
Because our system does not currently support international checkout, you must reach out to us before purchasing so we can manually process the order.
We will provide an accurate international shipping quote once contacted.
