Up for sale is a Mauser 98 military rifle that has been changed to a sporter style Safari rifle. The gun is chambered in 8MM Mauser and has a quick detach Hendsoldt 4x scope in great shape. The gun is in good overall condition and would make a great hunting/safari style rifle with backup iron sight or removable scope.
The bore is a bit worn with some light frosting but still has strong lands and grooves and bullet engagement.
